1. Sign-Up Limit: To ensure equal opportunities for all, we kindly request that volunteers sign up for a maximum of three slots at a time. This allows both new and returning volunteers to participate in our activities.
2. Late Arrivals: While we understand that life can be unpredictable, please note that late arrivals are not guaranteed a spot. However, we welcome walk-ins if space permits. Please feel free to text the provided number to confirm availability before your visit.

4. Scheduled Shifts: Volunteers are expected to stay for the entire duration of their scheduled shift. If you anticipate any issues fulfilling your commitment, please inform us beforehand.
5. No-Show Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but to ensure fairness to all volunteers, after the second no-show, volunteers will be removed from the roster. Rest assured, we will contact you before taking any action.
